I don’t know about you but I am willing to make some sacrifices and changes in my cooking if it means adding extra years to my life, improving my vitality and peace of mind. After all, making a few tweaks here and there doesn’t mean I’m sworn into veganism it just means I’m making adjustments for my own well being. So why not give it a try? You have nothing to lose but an unhealthy lifestyle.
